Hilo business woman, Ululani Poepoe, owner of UP Staging & Design and a member of the Real Estate Staging Association, RESA, the trade association for professional real estate stagers and redesigns was named as one of the Top 10 Professional Stagers of the Year for U.S.A. Ms. Poepoe will go on to compete for the overall title of RESA's Occupied Staging category.
Ululani Poepoe operates UP Staging & Design and has been a professional real estate stager since 2013. Poepoe services East Hawaii including Hilo, Puna and Volcano areas. "Its thrilling to be recognized by RESA as one of the Top 10 professional stagers in the U.S. This annual competition is judged amongst our staging peers worldwide. Its my 3rd year entering the competition, and my 3rd year placing amongst the Top 10. Its fantastic to be representing not just Hawaii, but our beloved Hilo, in this worldwide competition held by RESA. Hilo business woman Ululani Poepoe, owner of UP Staging & Design, was named 2015 RESA Top 10 Rising Star Home Stager of the Year for North America during the annual RESA convention in Las Vegas in January.
Poepoe operates UP Staging & Design and has been a professional real estate stager and re-designer since 2013, serving East Hawaii from Hilo and Puna to Volcano. This is the second consecutive year she has won the award.
"RESA is a wonderful association and helps us stay attuned to staging trends and techniques, " Poepoe said. "All entries were judged by our fellow RESA staging peers".
Poepoe said staging is about getting a home noticed and raised above its market crowd. "I enjoy helping sellers get their homes market-ready and they're often amazed at the transformation staging does," she said. "Although there are design 'rules' stagers follow, its still a subjective matter. It's one of the reasons I'm tickled pink and honored to be recognized by my staging peers across the globe!"
